REFUND, RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Rehat Al Yemen Ltd, having its physical office address at Rehat Al Yemen, Unit 5, 44 Station Road, Hayes, Middlesex, UB3 4DD (hereinafter also referred to as “Rehat Al Yemen” “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us.”) is committed to our Customer (“You” or “Your”) satisfaction.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request to refund within 14 business days of receiving it for a refund. Some restrictions may apply.


RETURN

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 business days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original swing tags (without cut off), and in its original packaging.


How to initiate the return?

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at rehatalyemen@gmail.com. We will send you a return form that you must fill out and attach proof of the product as an image (photographic evidence). The photo must be clear and visible.
  2. Please note that the return form must be requested within 14 business days from the date of purchase.
  3. All extra delivery costs and handling costs will be the responsibility of the client.
  4. Once we receive the returned item in good condition and with all original packaging, we will process the refund through the same payment method that was used to make the purchase.

Please Note: Rehat Al Yemen is not liable for any shipping costs of the item(s) returned. The customer is liable for the shipping costs and handling costs of the returned product.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), Rehat Al Yemen will require a period of 3-5 business days to fully process the return and issue the refund. Customers should take this timeline into account when making plans based on their expected refund. Furthermore, it is important that customers understand that the refund amount will be clearly outlined once it has been issued.

After inspection of the product, If your return is accepted, We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return of the product(s) is approved, your refund will be processed.

We reserve the right to refuse the request for returns after the 14-day period has expired or for items that are not returned to us as per the condition mentioned in this clause. Any disputes regarding the amount refunded will not be entertained by the Company.

NOTE: IN ADDITION TO THE “NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS” CLAUSE MENTIONED BELOW, WE DO NOT ACCEPT FOR GIFT CARDS, FINAL SALE ITEMS, OR ITEMS THAT ARE WORN, USED, WASHED, OR ALTERED.


NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

We would like to draw your attention to our policy regarding non-refundable (non-returnable) products. These are products that, once purchased, cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. It is important to note that we do not refund any products that are not eligible for return. However, we may be able to offer you a store credit in some cases.

The following items are considered non-refundable items:

LOST/DAMAGED ITEMS

If a customer receives a damaged product or doesn't receive the package due to a shipping error, they should contact us immediately via email at rehatalyemen@gmail.com with their order details and a description of the issue. We will investigate the matter and make every effort to resolve it as quickly as possible.

If a package is lost during shipping and cannot be located by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund for the product. If a product is received damaged, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the customer's preference and the availability of the product.

Please note that we may require photographic evidence of the damage to the product or the damaged packaging to process a claim with the carrier. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in these matters.


EXCHANGES

WE HAVE NO EXCHANGE POLICY FINAL SALE ITEMS”. Once the customers make a purchase for sale items, We don’t accept exchanges.

For Other Items (subject to the list of non-refundable items) - We offer an exchange. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be returned in good condition and in its original packaging.

We cannot accept items that have been used or damaged. In addition, the exchange must be requested within 14 business days from the date of purchase.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account, Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary and it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

If more than 20 business days have passed since we approved your return, you’ve done everything mentioned above and you still have not received your refund yet. Please “Contact Us” at the contact details mentioned in the below-mentioned clause.


CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed and payment is made, the order cannot be cancelled or modified. We apologise for any inconvenience that may cause. Please make sure to review your order carefully before submitting it.

The Company may cancel an order (in full or partially) for reasons including shortage or unavailability of certain Products or force majeure events. In case the Company cancels any order, You will not be charged for such cancellations, and the Company will refund You for any payment already made.


EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For more information please refer to Consumer Rights Directive.

Any violation of the policy may result in the denial of a return, exchange or cancellation. The Company reserves the right to alter or amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
