Rehat Al Yemen is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees (including tariffs and taxes) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Rehat Al Yemen shall have the exclusive rights to decide, amend, and modify the delivery terms (including but not limited to return, refund cancellation etc.) and fees.
Regardless of the effort we put in to meet all delivery deadlines, we do not warrant the delays may not happen because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, or bad weather. However, we will keep you updated as much as we can, and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress. The term, “business days" do not include weekends or holidays.
We offer delivery to the our products. We currently only operate in the United kingdom (UK) only.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, the delivery time and cost will depend on the weight of the parcel and the delivery type you have chosen. Please refer to the following table for more information:

After you place an order with us, it usually takes 1-2 business days for us to get your order ready and send it to our delivery company for delivery to your address. We take care to pack your items carefully and work closely with our delivery partners to make sure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. However, delivery times may vary depending on where you live and any unexpected issues that may arise during delivery.
We require a physical address for all orders. We are not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Please Note: Processing Time may be extended (up to 1-2 business days extra) if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. The above times are estimates, and sometimes deliveries may take longer.
We offer two secure and convenient payment options for our customers: Stripe, Square and PayPal. When you place an order on our website, you can choose to pay using either of these payment methods.
If you choose Stripe as your payment option, you will be directed to the Stripe portal to complete the payment process using your debit or credit card. Stripe accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Similarly, If you select Square as your payment option, you will be directed to the Square portal to complete the payment process using your debit or credit card. Square accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
If you select PayPal as your payment option, you will be directed to the PayPal portal to complete the payment process. If you have a PayPal account, you can log in to your account and make the payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still use PayPal to pay with a credit or debit card.
PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS AND INSTRUCTIONS
To complete a purchase on our website, payment must be made in full at the time of checkout. We accept payment through Stripe, Square and PayPal, as detailed in our “Payment Options” clause.
Please note that payment must be made in full before your order can be processed and shipped. We do not offer any credit or financing options at this time.
