Al-Kbous Tea Bag. Black Tea (100 tea bags) شاي الكابوس أكياس

Ingredients Needed (for Adani Tea using Al Kabous)

Water: 2 cups
Al-Kbous Tea Bags: 2 black tea bags
Spices: 3 cardamom pods (crushed)
Evaporated Milk: 1 cup (like Carnation)
Sugar: 2 tablespoons or to taste

Boil the spices and water: Put the water, crushed cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon stick into a small pot. Bring everything to a boil.
Steep the tea: Drop in the 2 Al Kabous black Tea bags and let it simmer for 3 minutes.
Add milk and sugar: Pour in the evaporated milk and add your sugar.
Simmer: Turn the heat down. Let the mixture simmer gently for 3 to 5 minutes until it turns a warm, rich brown color.
Strain and serve: Remove the tea bags, strain out the whole spices, and pour hot into your favorite cups.
